You're really good at what you do, and you've known for a while that something about the way you're doing it has to change. The work that would actually move things forward keeps sliding to next week, because today went to putting out fires and answering everybody. You have a hundred tabs open and you're chipping away at them without ever closing one.
Your life got bigger, and the way you set it up didn't. I work with people who are done guessing at this, done holding it together by memory, and ready to stop being the one everything waits on.
The Strategy Intensive is 90 minutes, one on one with me on Zoom. I go through how you're operating, what you're carrying, and whatever you've been holding it in.. the spreadsheet, the sticky notes, the app you set up and stopped opening.
Then I tell you what to change first, and you leave knowing what order to do it in.
- You aren't willing to take real steps, or to hear something you'd rather not hear. I'm going to tell you what's actually going on, no bandaids and no surface-level conversation. I'm not here to coddle you or talk around it, and if what you want is somebody to agree with how you're doing it now, that isn't me.
- You're after the easy button (90 minutes will show you exactly what to do, it won't do it for you).
- You want me to tell you it's everybody else's fault. I'm going to look at what you own, because that's the only part you can do anything about.
- You don't have the time to act on it, or you want somebody to do it for you while you watch. When you book this you're hiring me to look at how you operate and tell you the truth about it, and then you go do the work. Don't book this unless you want to get to the point where you decide what happens in your week, everything important is handled, and you have time left for the things you actually care about.

What you are purchasing
The Strategy Intensive is a single 90-minute one-to-one session delivered over Zoom, plus a written recap sent to you by email within 24 hours of your session. Scheduling details and current availability are shown on the booking page linked in the email you receive after purchase. If that email does not arrive, email support@alexpayetta.com and it will be sent to you.
Refund Policy
The Strategy Intensive is non-refundable. Except as stated under If We Cannot Deliver below, your payment is final once you purchase and no refunds are issued, including if you have not yet booked or do not attend your session.
If We Cannot Deliver
If Ritualle LLC is unable to deliver your session at all, your sole remedy is a full refund of the amount you paid.
Payment
You agree to pay the full purchase price, including all installments if you selected a payment plan. Missed or failed payments may result in your session being postponed until payment is complete, and any unpaid balance remains due whether or not your session has taken place.
Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
You may reschedule your session once, with at least 24 hours' notice, using the reschedule link in your booking confirmation email. If you cannot find it, email support@alexpayetta.com. Any change after your first reschedule is at our discretion. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend, the session is treated as delivered and no further session is owed, because that time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled on short notice. If Ritualle LLC needs to reschedule, you will be offered the next available time at no additional cost, and this does not use up your one reschedule.
Booking Window and Transfers
You have 12 months from the date of your purchase to book and attend your session. After 12 months your session expires, no session is owed, and no refund is issued. Your session is for you and cannot be transferred or resold to anyone else.
If a Session Cannot Be Completed
If a technical failure on either side prevents your session from taking place, or cuts it materially short, email support@alexpayetta.com the same day and the remaining time will be rescheduled once at no additional cost. This does not use up your one reschedule.
Results Disclaimer
The Strategy Intensive is educational business and productivity guidance. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. What you get out of it depends on your own effort, consistency, and circumstances. Ritualle LLC is not responsible for any outcomes you do or do not achieve.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Ritualle LLC arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Ritualle LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost business.
Your Recap Is Yours
The written recap prepared for you is yours to use. You are free to use it inside your household, business, or team, including sharing it with anyone you are handing work to.
Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, templates, and written materials provided, other than your own written recap, remain the intellectual property of Ritualle LLC. You may use them inside your own household, business, or team, and you may not resell them, publish them publicly, or present them as your own.
Confidentiality
What you share in your session is treated as confidential and is not shared in any way that identifies you or your business, except with the service providers who help run the session and prepare your recap, or where the law requires it. Ritualle LLC may use general, anonymised patterns and themes from client work in its teaching, writing, and content.
No Professional Advice
This is not medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for those needs.
Modifications and Severability
Ritualle LLC may update these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
